Supervision
I am a trained Integrative Supervisor with experience in providing one-to-one and group supervision. I work with trainees and experienced professionals from a variety of therapeutic models and backgrounds, including Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Psycho-Synthesis, DIT, CBT, Eclectic, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Existential, Person-Centred, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and more.

With experience working in both private practice and organizational settings such as the NHS, health and social care services, charities, and university counselling services, I offer tailored support that meets the needs of diverse therapeutic approaches. This includes facilitating the supervision of counsellors and psychotherapists through accreditation processes.

The supervision space I provide is a confidential, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where you can reflect on your clinical practice and personal growth. My goal is to create a supportive and restorative atmosphere that allows you to develop your skills, strengthen your professional resilience, and work through the challenges you encounter in your practice.
I offer both in-person and remote supervision (via Zoom, Teams, or Skype) to ensure flexibility and accessibility for all supervisees.
